I am working as software engineer for more than 2 years, i know more about software engineering methodology like waterfall, iterative, spiral, incremental methodology, you usually starting requirements gathering, requirements analysis, design, development, testing and then come to customer, and told him let’s deploy application on your environment, and then customer told you “Hey my developer i don’t want this application in this way” go back and come me with what i want and still i am waiting you, this all i saw through my experience of software development and then i heard about something called AGILE “this make our customer happy and it is value driven methodology “, i read some about this and watch some videos on agile on youtube and then i come to real my agile life when my project manager decided to apply AGILE Methodology, so let’s play the movie from Day 1
